I have developed this site to encourage discussion and provide learnings to help pharmacy owners on their way to a more sustainable and profitable future.
As many of you know, for years my passion within the pharmacy industry has been focussed on the benefits that can be gained through the retailing of health. More recently through my involvement in the FeelGood Guide business I have been assisting pharmacies transition their often very mixed business offer to a profitable and highly valued community health destination.
